Staff are friendly, professional and know how to
make my kid feel at ease during his visits. When your 3 year old
looks forward to his cleaning appointment and is excited you know
you've found the right place! They did not force him when he wasn't
ready to get his X-rays done the first visit. I've met both Dr Rubin
and Dr Field..they are awesome....This office is simply the best!!

Great Dentist!
Dr. Rubin and team are always professional, prompt, and
courteous. My kids love going because of the gentleness of the
hygienists and the fun atmosphere the office provides. I have
recommended to several friends and family.
1st Dentist Visit Ever.
I was very nervous as this was our first time taking our
2 year old to the dentist. I've heard a lot of story's about kids
being strapped down and terrified. However it was a great
experience, the staff spoke to him in an age appropriate manner and
treated him with kindness. We were able to hold him on our lap while
they did the cleaning and ease his anxiety. He was so excited he
talked about it for days, and wanted to brush his teeth again that
evening without fuss!

I took my daughter for her first dental visit to see Dr. Rubin, and I could not have been more pleased. The office was absolutely beautiful - fun and warm. The waiting room had plenty of toys and activities to keep the kids entertained. The entire staff was so nice and made my daughter feel special. Believe it or not, my daughter can't wait to go back!! For that, I'll be forever grateful. A positive experience is important for kids so that it's not a struggle to keep them going back for appropriate dental/oral care.

Friendly, expert service
Upon entering the office, my child lit up with excitement. Between the train rolling around in the rafters and the fun play area in the waiting room, he wasn't nervous at all for his first dentist appointment! Once back, the staff were all very thorough and had knowledge regarding bacteria and cavities that I was never aware of. Everything was explained to me in detail so I would feel comfortable, and the
hygienist and Dr. Rubin himself had great bedside manner to make my 3 year old feel comfortable. We had wonderful experience and he can't wait to go back!

When my husband and I look for any type of care providers for our children we look for a business with great customer service. If the business does not provide exceptional customer service from the receptionist to the doctor we will not stay. Great Experience
I was really impressed with the whole staff. Everyone was really nice and smiled. I left with the impression that everyone loved to work there because of their positive attitudes. One assistant even came out and asked if it was ok if my 3 year old could sit in her lap while they took the x-rays of her teeth so they could get a good picture. I really appreciated her coming to get my permission first. I would definitely recommend them!

The most kid friendly dentist.
Upon entering the office you become very aware of the focus, kids. From the train overhead to the corner filled with activities, this office was created for children. Friendliness was shown by everyone we encountered. After my sons visit i found him in an arcade corner not wanting to leave. Dr. Rubin has really created an office that kids won't mind coming to. Most definitely a different experience for my son than the ones I remember as a kid.

A Family
We are a Family that has moved and lived in four different States. We have found a Dentist for our boys each time. This time was different, as soon as we walked in we were recognized and happily greeted by Kim. This included the children and that was new for them because usually no one recognizes them until the Dr. talks to them. They felt welcomed. We did not have to wait long at all. As soon as we were taken to the back by Vanessa things were explained to us very well and my boys had a few questions and they were answered with very positive and friendly answers. Once the cleaning began the boys we comfortable and at ease with the process because it was explained so well and the fact that Stephanie the Hygienist was very kind helped a lot. Once the Doctors approached the boys they were very professional and kid friendly, a big plus in my book. My older one was seen by Dr Field, my youngest one was seen by Dr. Rubin and they both had positive feedback and positive advice. They did not in any way make me or my children feel as though we have been doing anything wrong with brushing, just good advise in a positive manner on how to better a few things like flossing. Both Doctors were so kind and were willing to take the time to explain the different needs and the importance of these needs for each child. Both boys were so at ease and happy that when it was all over they could not believe they had to leave. On our way out we set up for a future appointment and payment. Kimberly was so helpful, she showed me what insurance would/should cover and what my cost would be. This is very helpful in knowing what to expect, payment wise. She scheduled a future appointment and help find a date and time that would fit our needs. What a plus! Just to let you know this was our first visit, Parents are allowed to the back on the first visit, in the future children will be seeing the Dentist and going to the back area all on their own with the help of the people that work at the facility, but it will not be a problem because they felt so comfortable on the first visit and I noticed that when the Dr. did need to talk to a parent they did bring them toward the back and made sure that they were well award of what was going on. I did see another parent in the back but I do not know if it was her first time there with her child or not. As the children are getting their teeth cleaned they are watching movies on the flat screen TVs that are up above the seats and get to wear cool glasses to help with the bright light that are needed by the hygienist. Once that is done, if there is any wait at all for the Dr to come and examine the child, the child is allowed to play in the video game room, which as an adult I thought was totally awesome and so did my kids. My youngest said "he loved this place!" and my oldest said "it was to bad that he had to wait 6 months to come back." The waiting room was filled with clean fun toys and a movie was on to entertain the children that were waiting, also I must point out the "cool train" that goes around the waiting room, as my son describes it. Living in four different states, finding a good Dentist is not an easy task by any means, especially for children. I have got to say that Dr. Rubin and Dr. Field are by far the best Dentist my children have ever seen. The whole experience was a wonderful one.

Great First Time Dental Visit
This was the first dental visit for my 3 year old daughter and it could not have gone better. All the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful from the moment I called in to schedule her appt. to the appt. itself. Dr. Rubin and his staff clearly work hard to make the experience at the dentist office a great one for kids. Fantastic Pediatric Dentist and Staff
I recently took my 4 year old to see Dr. Rubin. The staff was extremely friendly and well-versed on how to work with a 4 year old. My son had x-rays and a regular cleaning and floss... They put both my son and myself at ease and we left without any crying! My son said he liked Dr. Rubin because he was "nice and careful with my mouth". I would recommend this office to friends and family without hesitation.

Dr. Rubin & staff made my son's first dental experience incredible! Not to mention the great things they do to make it the most kid friendly experience. Each child has their own TV monitor and when they are waiting there is even an arcade! The staff treated me & my husband great when it came to explaining everything. Both of our children LOVE going to the dentist. Our daughter just had her most recent check up, and her brother was actually upset that he wasn't getting to go too - and this is from a child who used to be afraid of all doctors and dentists....and is in fact still afraid of doctors! We have had the best experience at Dr Rubin's office over the last 5 years and have recommended him to all our friends. It really isn't like visiting a dentist at all the kiddos - it doesn't look scary or 'official', and every effort is made to make it fun and relaxing for the children, and at the same time Dr Rubin is the only person I would trust with my kids teeth - his reputation for dental work is outstanding.

The entire staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. My older
son has sensory issues and had a full meltdown at the office.
Everyone was so friendly, patient, and understanding. What could
have been a huge disaster was was not so bad because I felt that my
children and I were treated with respect and understanding. The
office was also incredibly cool and fun for children. I was just so

Dr. Rubin's office far exceeds expectations. I am very
impressed at how smoothly everything runs at this office. From front
office staff to the dental staff they are all very helpful and kind.
My foster son came home to us at 2.5 years old
with a lot of mouth pain. I called so many dentists in the area
looking for someone who accepted foster care Medicaid, and could
schedule a short-notice visit. I was thrilled to find out about Dr.
Rubin's office. The compassion and care that they showed me on the
phone, along with the fact that they could see him the following
week, was so impressive! Dr. Rubin's office noted that he had 12
cavities in his little mouth that needed filling. The following
month, Dr. Rubin performed his oral surgery at the hospital. He was
so kind to us and our little guy and took a lot of time to explain
the surgery and recovery. Now every time we go back, we have a
wonderful experience. Mostly, we are thrilled that our son does not
cry or have any fear about seeing the dentist because of the
positive atmosphere at Dr. Rubin's. It is not easy to find pediatric
dentists who accept Medicaid, but to find one with such exceptional

explained everything that was going to be done during the visit.
They took extra time to find out about my daughter's daily routine,
and educated me on some things that I could do as a preventative

being back there, and the office praise and encourage kids to keep a

This pediatric dental office is so service oriented. They start with incredible customer service on the phone with friendly,helpful, and efficient staff. They use the internet for a convenient way to remind and confirm your appointment. When you arrive, the environment is very welcoming to all children and they are efficient at getting the kids back which limits any building of anxiety. My children look forward to dental visits and state they love watching movies while they get their teeth cleaned. The end of the visit is a personal meeting with the dentist to review your child's visit and any concerns. We all leave happy and smiling!

We heard about Dr. Rubin from someone new to town who was referred to him in a semi-emergency situation. This mom just couldn't say enough good things about Dr. Rubin and how he met them in the office on the weekend to treat her son since they were new to town and had not gotten established with a dentist. I decided to bring my then-four-year-old and was so pleased with how much care they took and how careful they were to make him comfortable. There are also good tips on the website for parents especially for the first vist. We have always been treated courteously and professionally by both Dr. Rubin and the staff in the office. His treatment recommendations are reasonable and my son has tolerated everything well including two fillings.

We have been going to Dr Rubin for almost 8 years. He is awesome and so is his staff, I love the fact that they take the kids back without the parents (although I get anxious) because I would probably make the situation worse by upsetting my daughter with my fears. I also like the orange report card that is easy to read and understand. It is something I can take home and show my husband and he can easily comprehend what was done. The girls love the play area, video games and the token they get to redeem for a prize. I live in Denton and have checked into other pediatric dentists because my husband always complains about the long drive;none compare to Dr Rubin and the services he provides my girls. So I will continue to make the long drive from Denton to Frisco because I believe when you find a good thing you stay loyal.

I have three boys and they love going to the dentist at Dr. Rubin's office. There is a fun play area in the waiting room but they are so efficient at the office, they don't get much time to play there. They don't care because there are movies and video games in the back. They are seen very quickly and always have smiles when I pick them up at the end. Although I am not with the older boys during their exam, the staff is excellent at keeping me informed and educated on anything I need to know. When my two year old had his first few exams, they cleaned his teeth on my lap! All the staff is courteous and energetic. I would have loved having a dentist office like this when I was a kid.

I've been dreading taking both of my boys (2 and 3 years) for their first dental exams. I looked for a long while and asked several people whom they would recommend. Dr. Rubin's name kept coming back time and time again, so I decided to make the plunge. I was under a time constraint (panicked) because we only had 1 week until our insurance changed, and i was worried there would be no way they could get us scheduled on such short notice. I was wrong! Elaine contacted me within hours of me sending a request via email. She got us in within 2 days! The visit was fantastic. They took such good care of my boys, and the day I dreaded actually ended up being a great memory. Dr. Rubin was so accessible and kind. The office is a great place for kids to feel at ease - tons of learning toys and activities. On our way out, Elaine came up and personally introduced herself and was so welcoming. I will recommend Dr. Rubin and his team over and over! No wonder he had such great referrals!

We have been seeing Dr. Rubin for 4 years now and love his office. They are kind, run on time and the Dr. always explains what has been done along with what should be done. There is never any preasure to have things done you are not ready for. It's your child and your choice. Frisco Kids is the
Best!
My son has only had 2 dental visits, both with Dr. Rubin's office.
Although nervous the first visit, he was a star and the staff made
him feel so comfortable! By the second visit, he didn't even need
me! The beautiful smile of a friendly staff member was enough to
entice him back, and he's not even 4! The staff is so great with
kids they even managed to get x-rays done with my son without a
hitch. He loves the fun toothbrush, cover, flosser and token he gets
for a prize at the end. Frisco Kids makes seeing the dentist so fun,
I'll never worry my son won't want to go! The hygienist did
wonderfully with explaining all that happened during my son's visit.

Scarred Stiff of the Dentist
When I took Christian to Dr. Rubin, we thought we would be going for
only a consultation. After they checked him in, Dr. Rubin felt it
would be best for them to extract a tooth and fill another. We had
been to 2 dentist prior for the extraction, but because Christian
had 12 extracted at once previously, and suffered greatly from that
experience, he was very tough to deal with! Dr. Rubin and his team
spent a lot of time and tremendous effort to assure Christian that
they would take very good care of him in the process. After several
hours, they were finally able to complete the treatment and
Christian actually felt a little silly about his fear! He decided as
we were driving away that Dr. Rubin would be the only dentist he
would ever see and that he no longer is afraid of the dentist! Thank
you Dr. Rubin and your entire staff for making my job easier.

My Son Loves Going
to the Dentist!
Everytime we drive by your office, my son asks, "can we go to Dr.
Rubin's office?" When I told him that he had a dentist appointment,
his face lit up as if I'd told him that we were going to Disney.
I've never seen anyone who loves going to the dentist as much as he
does. He enjoys the play area, going in the back by himself like a
big boy (he's 4), the toy from the dispenser at the end of his
visit, and of course the Annual Boo Bash is a big hit! I really
appreciate you making going to the dentist a pleasant experience for
him!

First visit
Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The dental assistants
did a great job explaining the process and making my two 9 year old
children feel comfortable. Dr. Field explained proposed treatment

was very impressed by the level of service from the entire staff. I
would highly recommend this dental office!
I am so impressed with the entire process in Dr. Rubin's office. Nothing has been overlooked. The kids are addressed by name and treated kindly from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The office is very nice, clean, and has fun distractions for the kids. Dr. Rubin always provides thorough explanations of the exam and findings and answers any and all questions I may have. The staff is very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Rubin's office to anyone looking for a dentist for their kids!

Great kids
dentist in Frisco!
Frisco Kid's Dentistry is a wonderful experience for children! They
have a great kids play room both in the waiting area and in the
back. Although, we barely used the one in the front because we
waited less than 5 minutes to be called for our appointment. Their
staff is very caring and helpful. They took the time to address all
of our questions, and really kept my daughter at ease throughout the
entire process, she can hardly wait to go back! I would recommend
Dr. Rubin to anyone. I wish he saw adults!
Excellent Environment for
Child Dentistry
My kids had a wonderful first experience at the
dentist thanks to Dr. Rubin and his staff. The environment and
attitudes of all the hygienists was perfect for little ones not sure
of what to expect. The hygienists and dentist explained things on
the kids "level" and then gave us parents specific action items and
told us what to worry about and what we should not push.

Who would have thought that our 3 year old would
be talking about going to the dentist as FUN?! The staff was amazing
and explained everything down to the very last detail regarding what
would happen on our visit, how long, insurance etc. You name it,
they covered it. The office is very cool for kids of all ages and I
really liked the fact that since it was our sons first visit, the
staff had no issues of Mom coming in the back just in case our
little one was not too sure (no worries there though, because he was
very comfortable and did not need me next to him at all) Great job
Dr. Rubin and staff. I am one very happy Mom!
First Visit, but not last
This was my first visit and I was thrilled
with your registration process. I got to fill out all that new
patient paperwork on line ahead of time. So much easier than trying
to fill it out there with a 1 year old in your arms! Waiting area
was full of cool toys to keep the kids busy, loved it.

Excellent visit!
I called the office w/ an emergency, upon the recommendation of another pedi dentist (b/c he did not have any available appts). My son has several disability labels, so finding a dentist that would/could work well with him is always a gamble. We arrived early to do paperwork, and we were called to a room 10 before our actual appointment time. Dr. Rubin and the hygienist were excellent in talking w/ me and my son. I've already made regular visit appointments for both children. He will be our new dentist.

Great First Checkup Experience
I was nervous about
how my daughter would handle the first dentist experience but our
visit was so pleasant and professional that my daughter is looking
forward to going again and has a renewed interest in taking good
care of her baby teeth until she looses them.
Excellent Dentist office!
Wonderful atmosphere in waiting room. Super friendly staff and
dentists- also very knowledgeable with excellent explanations of
exam findings! Efficient teamwork among staff always gets us in and
out quickly. My toddlers LOVED going to the dentist!
